Perla's owner left her to die at Animal Care and Control because they couldn't "housebreak" her. Well it seems they meant "wee wee pad" train. She's what we call a clean dog. She will only go outside.

I addition to that wonderful quality, she is a total lover, wanting nothing more than to be on your lap, in your arms or wagging her tail faster than the speed of light.
